Christina Applegate Biography

On the television sitcom Married... With Children, Christina Applegate played the party-loving bombshell daughter of the dysfunctional Bundy family. A teenager when the series began in 1987, Applegate grew into the role and became a favorite with male TV viewers and Web surfers. Her film career has been less exciting, but includes roles in Tim Burton's Mars Attacks (1996, opposite Jack Black) and The Sweetest Thing (2002, starring Cameron Diaz).
